CHARLES BURCHFIELD DAY: KIDS WATER COLORS
August 9th | 10am-noon | Art’s Mini Park | Free
We have a special activity planned for kids in the morning at the Arts Center. Have you ever painted a Sphinx Moth? Or a lightning storm? We’ll use Charles Burchfield’s preferred medium of watercolors to paint his favorite motifs from nature and explore how he animated sound, movement, light, weather, and emotions in his paintings. Led by Arts Center volunteers.
