This workshop introduces participants to the beauty and rhythm of Indian dance through a blend of Kathak-inspired movement and community-based storytelling. I guide students through foundational footwork, graceful hand gestures, and rhythmic patterns, all while encouraging mindfulness, cultural connection, and joy through movement.
