This three-part painting workshop will set the groundwork for better paintings over time. Geared for intermediate students, the focus will be the planning and design steps that result in more masterful paintings. The lessons will emphasize where and how you put paint down, shapes used, values arranged, and colors selected. The aim will not be on a single wonderful painting but rather smaller size paintings that allow for easy corrections. Participants will select their own media and subject matter to work with.
