The Springville Center for the Arts is pleased to welcome Nancy Weekly, Burchfield Scholar at the Burchfield Penney Art Center at Buffalo State University. Ms. Weekly will present remarks about Charles Burchfield’s relationship with nature and his artistic output depicting Zoar Valley and its environs, an inspirational place he returned to often to paint that he fondly named “the Big Woods.”
