Learn to Weave Saturday, February 14, 2026 Submit your book arts, both traditional and experimental, for consideration in our exciting upcoming show. Any art form that utilizes paper and books as a medium is encouraged: bookmaking, letterpress printing, papermaking, typography, book-objects, and more.
Ted Wetherbee’s paintings depict people in all their variety, portraits, crowds, and both everyday and allegorical landscapes.
The Community Threads exhibit will be up from January 7th – February 21st, with the reception being on January 23rd from 6:30-8pm.
Learn the Italian or Spanish languages or improve your conversation skills at these weekly drop-in classes on Thursdays at Art’s Cafe. Italian runs noon-1pm & Spanish runs 1-2pm.
The group meets the 2nd and final Thursday of each month at Art’s Cafe from 2-3pm.

In 2020, members of SCA’s former play reading committee put out a call to playwrights for short play submissions. They received 600 submissions, which have been lying dormant since the shutdown. Brian Kujawa decided to bring them back to life, with the help of Matt Boyle, to form The Nature of Love Short Play Showcase.

Create a small string art design using nails and embroidery thread on wood. For elementary aged students.
Bring a song you have written or are working on. Share with others. With the hopes of continuing to build a community of songwriters, Nick Kody from Kody & Herren will host this monthly get-together. The group will meet at the cafe main stage with new featured songwriters each month.
This workshop introduces participants to the beauty and rhythm of Indian dance through a blend of Kathak-inspired movement and community-based storytelling.
