The evening will start out with poetics as a lecture, featuring some of JB Stone’s finest poems both for the stage and page, followed by a series of writing prompts that will give audience members a chance to generate their own work.

Bring a song you have written or are working on. Share with others. With the hopes of continuing to build a community of songwriters, Nick Kody from Kody & Herren will host this monthly get-together. The group will meet at the cafe main stage with new featured songwriters each month.
