City in the Village

Artist: Public Arts Corps
Location: Lulubelle’s

Learn More About this Mural:

Designed and installed by our Public Art Corps, with direction from Max Collins, this mural is a representation of what young Springville teens longed for. After much discussion, it was decided to create something that Springville did not have — a city! Crawling up the side of the staircase, this mural is wheatpaste creation with paint used to add a pop of color.
